John Fowler

John Fowler is the Chief Advocacy Officer and Founder of The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc.  Mr. Fowler is a pioneer in the Canadian cannabis industry, having spent more than a decade in the medical cannabis sector as a cultivator, influencer, patients-rights advocate and lawyer.

In 2013, Mr. Fowler founded Supreme Cannabis’ wholly-owned subsidiary 7ACRES. His vision: to create Canada’s leading premium cannabis flower brand, and to produce high-quality cannabis on a commercial scale. Today, 7ACRES is one of Canada’s leading premium flower brands. Prior to his work at Supreme Cannabis, Mr. Fowler was an associate at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, where he practised corporate and securities law.
Nikhil Handa
Chief Financial Officer
Nikhil Handa is the Chief Financial Officer of The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc. Mr. Handa manages the operation of Supreme Cannabis’ finance department, with an emphasis on capital allocation planning, M&A, and transactional execution as the company focuses on expanding operations and distribution of its premium cannabis products domestically and internationally.

Mr. Handa brings considerable cross-sector capital markets experience to his role with Supreme Cannabis. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Finance at Well.ca, a leading online destination for health, wellness, beauty and baby products. In that role he led the organization’s finance department, provided leadership across various operational areas, and drove key strategic initiatives including the sale of Well.ca to McKesson Canada.
Riyaz Lalani

Riyaz Lalani is the Chief Corporate Officer at The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc. and focuses on activities that require cross-functional expertise. Mr. Lalani specializes in financial transactions, shareholder actions, crisis communications and media relations. As the founder and CEO of leading communications and stakeholder relations firm Bayfield Strategy, Inc., Mr. Lalani has extensive experience working with public companies, boards of directors, shareholders and the media. He has been involved with more than 150 shareholder actions and dozens of hostile M&A transactions.
Michael La Brier
Michael La Brier joined The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc., as Chairman of the Board in April 2016. He brings extensive infrastructure, real estate and successful entrepreneurial experience to his role as director.

Mr. La Brier was previously the President of Canderel Stoneridge, a national real estate development firm. Under his leadership, the company built a leading portfolio of major commercial, residential, industrial and high-tech real estate projects across the country, including the Aura project – the tallest residential building in Canada. As President, Mr. La Brier focused on financing, property acquisition, development and management, construction, leasing, marketing and asset management.
