Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: CURLF) currently operates in 12 states with 44 dispensaries, 12 cultivation sites and 11 processing sites.

Most recently this August, the company purchased the Glendale Greenhouse, a 20,000 square-foot, multi-level cultivation center capable of producing 3,600 pounds of flower annually. The facility also operates a state-of-the-art CO2 extraction lab and a kitchen, which is already producing various edible lines such as mints, gummies, brownies and ice cream, with additional products expected to launch later this year.

Curaleaf's house of brands spans across the medical and adult-use markets, as well as in the CBD category through its Curaleaf Hemp brand and Bido brand for pets.

Joseph Lusardi
President & CEO
Mr. Lusardi is a pioneer in the U.S. cannabis industry and is credited with opening one of the first medical cannabis operations on the East Coast. Mr. Lusardi has almost a decade of cannabis experience through which he has cultivated bottom-up expertise in cannabis company implementation and management, as well as 20 years’ experience in finance, private equity and entrepreneurship.

At Curaleaf, Mr. Lusardi has been instrumental in developing an organizational strategy focused on bringing the Company’s commitment to the advancement of cannabis science to all Curaleaf subsidiaries, and, ultimately, patients in need of medical cannabis.
Stuart Wilcox
Chief Operating Officer
Stuart Wilcox is a seasoned operational leader with more than 25 years of experience in global supply chain, operations start-up, acquisitions, and new product commercialization for market leaders. He joined Curaleaf from Hostess Brands where he was the SVP/COO of Operations. Prior to Hostess, he held global senior operational leadership positions at The Original Cakerie, a private Canadian company, Fresh Express/Chiquita and ConAgra.
Neil Davidson
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Davidson is responsible for leading and managing the Company’s finance function and actively partnering with the executive leadership team on financial and overall business issues including the strategic direction of the Company. Mr. Davidson is an accomplished financial professional with experience leading publicly-traded and private equity owned businesses, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Bally Technologies, Inc. where he rose through the ranks to become its Chief Financial Officer. During that time, he gained extensive experience driving capital market and M&A activities for the company and was instrumental in orchestrating the sale of the business to Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS).
Todd Goffman
General Counsel & Secretary
Mr. Goffman brings 23 years of legal experience, including over 18 years as General Counsel and Secretary of innovative, growth companies, in addition to expertise in finance and corporate operations. His experience includes leading the legal departments at Netcracker Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, Realitywave and Improv Systems, and advising public and venture-backed companies as a member of one of Boston’s then largest law firms.
Katrina Yolen
SVP, Marketing
Katrina Yolen is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience working in mid-sized and large consumer packaged goods companies, as well as in startups. Prior to Curaleaf, Ms. Yolen served as Vice President of Marketing at Dancing Deer Baking Co., Director of Marketing at Weetabix North America, and held senior marketing roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Kraft Foods.
Dan Foley
VP, Finance and Investor Relations
Dan Foley joins Curaleaf from Red Rock Resorts (NASDAQ: RRR) where he served as Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations for the past three years. He also assisted with capital raising and allocation, as well as strategic financial planning and analysis. With 20 years of financial experience, Mr. Foley has spent the majority of his career leading investor relations in the gaming and resort industry for MGM Resorts International, New Cotai Holdings, and Harrah’s Entertainment.
