Band Together – Elixinol Partners with PharmaCare to Create CBD Capsule Range

Elixinol Global has partnered with PharmaCare to release a line of CBD capsules


Elixinol Global Limited (ASX:EXL), announced today that its Dutch based subsidiary, Elixinol B.V., has partnered with the Naturopathica brand—which is owned by PharmaCare—to create a co?branded CBD capsule range.

Elixinol Global is a worldwide leader in the cannabis industry, and currently sells a wide variety of hemp?derived CBD dietary supplements, hemp food and wellness products.

The company also currently holds holding a highly valuable manufacturing licence for its medicinal cannabis subsidiary, Nunyara Pharma Pty Ltd, and is currently awaiting the approval of its cultivation license from the Australian Office of Drug Control.

The product range will be sold via the network of Holland & Barrett stores, which is one of the UK's leading health and wellness retailers.

The Naturopathic "CBD+" brand includes six capsule-based Stock Keeping Units (SKU), and will combine Elixinol's high strength full spectrum CBD with vitamins and minerals that will target different areas of a user's health and wellbeing.

Elixinol has also confirmed that it is already in the process of fulfilling a second order of 60,000 CBD+ units.

Holland & Barrett is currently one of the world's leading health and wellness retailers—and the largest in Europe—which supplies a wide range of vitamins, minerals, health supplements, specialist foods and natural beauty products.

The CEO of Elixinol Global, Stratos Karousos, was bullish about the deal, saying that  "Elixinol partnering with the prominent UK based PharmaCare underpins Elixinol's commitment to grow its branded products through working partnerships with the UK's most trusted and highly regarded brands."
